Cross-Country Registration Open!

We are excited to announce our second season of CSHSL Cross-Country. This sport provides a fantastic opportunity for homeschool athletes to build fitness, community, and character.
Our twice-weekly practices welcome runners of all ability levels, focusing on foundational endurance training, injury prevention, and advanced techniques tailored to each athlete's skill level. The season will run from July 20 through September 11 and will feature at least two cross-country meets, with our three citywide teams competing at the monthly Nielsen Challenge 2-mile race venue.

THANK YOU TO OUR VOLUNTEERS
Our League is an all volunteer organization. From the Board who does the planning to the set up crews to our fabulous coaches, everyone involved is giving their time to make affordable sports options available. We operate at a low cost, but in order to do so we need our parents to participate. Consider volunteering for our next season!
