Soccer & Flag Football

 

Spring Soccer is slated to be at Goose Gossage, 3950 Mark Dabling, 80907, on Saturday mornings starting on 7 September and wrapping up on 12 October. Teen soccer will begin at 8:30 am with all other age groups kicking off at 9:00. Soccer will finish at 10:30 with flag football starting immediately after. Flag Football will clear the fields at 12:00 noon.

The age range for soccer teams is 3-4, 5-6, 7-9, 10-12, and 13 and older. Flag football is similar; ages 7-9, 10-12, and 13 and older.

The family registration fee of $85 covers both sports though you can choose to just play one. Soccer players need a League tee shirt ($10), shin guards, and a soccer ball for each player. Flag football players need a League tee shirt ($10) and a mouthguard. Cleats are at your discretion.

​

If you would like to coach, the registration fee is waived. Please contact Barbara West at barb.west@cshsl.org if you have questions or would like to coach or volunteer in another capacity for spring soccer and flag football.

Track & Field

​

Matthew Vaughn, docvuaghn@aol.com, is again heading up Track & Field. The season will be 7 weeks, starting on 13 August and wrapping up on 24 September, from 4:00-5:30 pm. At present, Remington Park will be the location unless a facility can be secured. Events include javelin, shot put, dashes, hurdles, and long jump. Each athlete will need a League tee shirt ($10) and good running shoes.
